1. Preamble
These general conditions of sale (the “General Conditions of Sale”) are concluded between:

The following definitions apply in these General Conditions of Sale according to the meaning indicated below (whether they are used in the singular or in the plural):
“General Terms and Conditions of Sale”: refers to this document, i.e. the terms and conditions that apply in the relationship between Maison S and the Customer.
“Order”: refers to the Customer's purchase order for one or more Product(s) placed by using the Website.

The products presented on the Maison S website come from excellent craftsmanship. As such, the Customer accepts in advance a reduced margin on the final characteristics of the products (sizes, colors etc.) when the product complies with the rules of the art of craftsmanship.
7.2. Availability of the Products and validity of the offer
The offers of Products and services as well as the prices appearing on the Site are valid for the current day. A product that has become unavailable is indicated with the mention: “Temporarily unavailable”. It is also specified that the simple fact of adding a Product to the basket does not constitute validation of the order. In other words, the Product may become unavailable between the time of addition to the basket and the validation of the order by the Customer. 7.3. Price
The prices of the Products and services presented on the Site are indicated in Euro € all taxes included (TTC). They are applicable during the validation of the order by the Customer and do not include the participation in the transport costs, invoiced in addition and indicated on the “Order” page of the basket before the final validation of the order. Prices inclusive of all taxes include VAT (Value Added Tax) for Products delivered within the European Union. Items subject to VAT are subject to French VAT. 8- Payment
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. The total amount of an order is made up of the price of the items and the delivery costs. 9- Order Confirmation

10- Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons. , or to pay penalties except, where applicable, return costs.
The period of fourteen (14) days runs from the receipt of the products: when the period of fourteen (14) days expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day. 11- Delivery
11.1 Delivery costs
The delivery costs dedicated to our Online Sales Site have been established according to the volumes and weight of the product according to the current rates of the post office and our carriers. In the case of large and bulky Products, the Customer will be given a detail of the delivery costs. Delivery costs must be paid at the same time as the order.
11.2 Delivery times
Small and medium items are shipped by DHL or equivalent within 3-5 days of order confirmation, subject to Product availability. If one or more items are no longer available without this being indicated in the product sheet, the Customer is notified by e-mail or by telephone and Maison S will refund these items by crediting the card used to pay for the order.
The largest items available "in stock" will be sent within 2 to 6 weeks depending on the information on the product sheet and the place of delivery. Delivery times for items on order may vary depending on the origin of manufacture of the Products and will be given as an indication when ordering: 12 weeks for carpets and 8 weeks for pieces of furniture.
11.3 Sending

12- Conditions for returning products
The Customer has a legal period of fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of his order to inform Maison S of his intention to return the product to us and the reason for this return.
The return of the Product(s) is made in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories and documentation, in perfect condition for resale, with the indication of the order number to which the products relate. . The Product must be returned in packaging provided for this purpose, which does not allow the identification of the product (postal parcel, bubble envelope, kraft paper, etc.). Any Product that is damaged, incomplete, missing or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the Customer. Maison S recommends that the Customer return their products with a recommendation or additional insurance guaranteeing them, where applicable, compensation for the products up to their actual market value in the event of spoliation or loss. of the package(s).
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
13- Refund
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Maison S is required to reimburse the Customer for the sums he has paid, without penalty, with the exception of shipping costs. The refund is due without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date of receipt of the returned products. If the return of the product(s) purchased is due to an error on the part of Maison S, the shipping and return costs will then be fully reimbursed to the Customer.
14- Cancellation
Beyond this withdrawal period, Maison S reserves the right to study any request for cancellation and to follow up on it, at its discretion. If your order has been dispatched, we will ask you to return the products to us at your expense, following the instructions indicated by e-mail.

16- Warranties
16.1. Shipping Warranty
Assuming the risks associated with transport, Maison S undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the Customer in closed, resistant packaging, appropriate to the content and transport requirements. Any product damaged or lost in transit will be replaced. The transport-related guarantee is only valid if the Customer or its Recipient has signed the delivery note or transport receipt presented by the carrier on which it will have taken care to issue precise, dated and signed handwritten reservations. By affixing his signature to the delivery note or the transport receipt, without making any reservations, the Customer acknowledges that his package has not been damaged during transport. In the event of a dispute, the original packaging must be kept until the dispute is resolved. Maison S advises the Customer or its Recipient to inform Customer Service by email at atelier@maison-s.com within a maximum period of 72 hours from delivery, after this period no complaint will be taken into account.
16.2. Legal guarantee of conformity
In accordance with article 211-1 and following of the consumer code, Maison S undertakes to deliver a product that complies with the order validated by the Customer and responds to any lack of conformity existing on delivery. Maison S recommends to the Customer who wishes to exercise his right of guarantee to inform the Customer Service as soon as he becomes aware of it by email to atelier@maison-s.com This complaint must be substantiated and accompanied by proof of the damage suffered. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer may request, to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages: either the replacement of the product, or the reimbursement of the product including transport costs.
The legal guarantee of conformity only applies to the essential characteristics of the products. The photographs of the products presented on the Site are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the products offered, in particular with regard to the colors.
In addition, it is specified that the legal guarantee of conformity only applies to the delivery of the Product and cannot be engaged with regard to the normal wear and tear of a Product. 16.3. The legal guarantee against defects or hidden defects
In accordance with article 1641 and following of the Civil Code, the Customer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects on the products sold on the Site www.maison-s.com. The implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity does not preclude the action in guarantee of hidden defects. Four (4) conditions must be met for the Customer to benefit from this guarantee:

16.5.1. Acknowledgment of receipt of the complaint
Upon receipt of the complaint made by the customer, Maison S undertakes to send the Customer an acknowledgment of receipt by e-mail indicating that his complaint has been taken into account.
16.5.2. Customer Compensation / Product Replacement
In the event of replacement occurring following a complaint by the Customer implementing one of its guarantees, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the product(s) will be shipped without delay and Customer Service will contact the Customer or its Recipient no later than 2 working days after notification of acceptance of acceptance by Maison S.
Reimbursement of the product occurring following a complaint from the Customer implementing one of its guarantees: A reimbursement without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) working days following the date of "notification of acceptance of support" will be made . 17- Applicable law
